Terms and Conditions:
- Warranty does not cover any damage caused by the following: (CID – Customer Induced Damage), non-defective products, theft, or loss of the products.
- Warranty does not apply to damages caused by flood, fire, earthquake, or other natural causes.
- Normal wear-and-tear, including scratches and discoloration, are not covered by the warranty.
- Proof of purchase is required to redeem the warranty.
Procedure for Filing Warranty Claim:
- Valid claims can be filed by emailing our customer service team at cs@tardigradetechnologiesinc.com
- All warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase.
- NIXX reserves the right to request additional details about the relevant product(s), including photos or videos.
- NIXX will replace product(s) at no charge if a valid claim is made within the warranty period.
- NIXX reserves the right to initiate device repair procedures to restore function before approving a product exchange or refund.
- Customers are responsible for returning the products in question to our headquarters. There are two options that can be used for your convenience:
- FREE OPTION: The nearest Official NIXX Store/Kiosk. For a full list, check out our Official Store Locator.
- PAID OPTION: Shipped to our headquarters via your preferred mail courier service. Tracking is optional but preferred. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transport. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling costs.
